Another delicious juice…. while i ‘normally’ prefer smoothies, due to their ability to release the sugar more subtle into our organism, there are days we just need no extra digestive work. It can be, that you feel exhausted, or had a traumatic event going on, or just recover from a flu. One or two days of juicing will help. You can also juice from time to time during the detox program. Make sure, you juice vegetables rather than fruits, to keep the sugar intake moderate.
Juice (skins, roots, kernels and everything included)
1 medium carrot, 1/2 organic apple, 1 tiny piece of ginger, 1/2 cucumber, 1 clove of garlic
pour into your glass and add – if you like – 1 teaspoon of turmeric honey…. enjoy in small sips. (comme une dégustation de vin…)
