Wintertime in Europe. Time to supercharge your organism with greens, vegetables, raw food.

Cucumber, Parsnip…

1 cucumber unpeeled
1 slice of celery root
1 parsnip
1 clove of garlic
1 tiny piece of fresh ginger
some lettuce

Serve with one teaspoon of green powder mix. Just mix some moringa, spirulina, chlorella and other green powders to get chlorophyll = sun energy.
